This 1920 built home can serve as your location for a weekend getaway, reunion, group, gathering, or….. Within 30 minute access of OH Ivie lake, Eden, Ballinger, San Angelo, and only an hour away from Brady or Abilene. This three bedroom two bath house can easily sleep up to 10 people. The price listed is for two people or one bedroom. There is additional charge for any additional beds used. There is a covered carport for your auto or boat with exterior electrical outlet for charging boats.

Unfortunately, there is major road construction currently on the highway in front of the house. There is a back entrance to the house.

This newly renovated house has a great location in downtown Menard. It’s a full house rental and only minutes away from restaurants, a city park with a running trail, and the biggest grocery store in town. This home has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, and central air/heat. All three beds have firm mattresses. There is wood vinyl flooring throughout the house and a large washer/dryer, 42 in TVs in both bedrooms, and the living room has 65 in tv screen.
