This tiny cottage is nestled behind an old farm house on a 100 acre working farm just 25 mins south of Downtown Dallas. The 200 square foot space features a detached / shared bathroom connected by the front porch with beautiful stock tank soaker tub. Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. If you need a place to escape the hustle and bustle this is it!

1 room apartment above our barn. Rustic decor with deck to set and watch sunsets and wildlife. A small pond full of Sun Perch is great for kids and a larder pond in the back full of bass and crappie. Hosts live on the same property so we will usually be available if you need anything during your stay. We prefer a low-distraction lifestyle, but a TV is available on request. Limited outdoor space available.
