PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES! An individual part of the house in the classic Jurmala style. Separate entrance. Renovation made in 2024. Walk to the station "Vaivari" 2 minutes, to the sea 10 minutes. The former summer residence of the People's Artist of Latvia Vera Baljuna, where famous theater and film celebrities met. There is also a sauna with a Russian steam room (paid), barbecue grill and bikes. Early check-in and late check-out are available (paid), as well as a luggage storage service (free).

It is a modern house and has a large lounge with log fire,full kitchen,shower room & toilet and sauna(additional charge) and upstairs a 2nd shower room & toilet.The terrace has a good view of the garden and has a bbq ready for use...It is possible to add 1 extra single bed (additional charge)and a baby bed (free). Our cozy wooden house is located only a 12 minute drive from Jelgava and a 55 minute drive from Riga. The house is suitable for a romantic holiday or a family with childrens . You can enjoy a romantic evening and peaceful morning on the sunny terrace around the house.
