Bienvenue dans notre logement pour une parenthèse cosy à deux pas de la plage de Trestraou, du sentier des douaniers et des restaurants. Exposé sud et Est, le studio est très lumineux. Ideal pour 2 voyageurs. Tout se fait à pied. Restaurants, bars, spa, casino, cinéma, boulangerie, info tourisme, centre nautique, aire de jeux… sont juste à côté. Cuisine équipée, balcon pour déjeuner, canapé convertible, sdb avec douche italienne et WC. L’espace repas se transforme en couchage d’appoint 120x170.

The location is on a hill overlooking Totnes with expansive views towards Dartmoor. It is a 12-15 minute walk into town. The property has off road parking for two cars.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.
