It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. Our comfortable cottage has easy access into the heart of Chester. The garden gate opens onto the canal towpath with a ten minute stroll up to our local Cheshire Cat pub. Alternatively, stay in and snuggle up with the wood burner. On a fine day, turn left out of the back gate for a pleasant 35 minute walk, following the canal directly into the beautiful city of Chester. Maybe take a boat trip on the river Dee? Alternatively, Chester Zoo is just a 10 minute drive, continuing down the A41.

Beautiful newly renovated home with sandstone walled garden. 5 minutes walk to Heswall Village with its independent cafes, shops & restaurants. 6 quality golf courses within a 20 minutes drive. 30 mins drive to both Liverpool or Chester or a leisurely bus ride to either city from the village. We’re also within a minutes walk from a park with a children's play area, playing field for kids & dogs & benches to watch the world go by. Off road parking on driveway.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.

Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

A great location for people who want to explore Chester and the surrounding area. We are 4 miles from Chester. Less than 4 miles from Chester Zoo and Cheshire Oaks. if we are available we are happy to help look after your pets and give you lifts into Chester etc. Fully equipped cabin including bedding and towels. The cabin is situated in the grounds of our property so it is better suited to people who like to explore the local area and the Cheshire countryside.
