Hosts live on site in a separate basement apartment. Easy access to Notre Dame (45 min), Middlebury (20 min), Nappanee (20 min), and 25 to Shipshewana (25 min).

The cabin boasts Wi-Fi, TV screen w options,a soaker tub, queen bed, recliners with heating feature, a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, a washer and dryer. Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming house which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, weather it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road. There is No smoking in the house or on the property. No pets allowed.

The main residence is approximately 400 feet from the cabin. The cabin is secluded and yet close to local attractions, restaurants, biking and nature trails. The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.

Enjoy the privacy of the large lower level suite in a quiet neighborhood. The host lives on the main floor. We are within walking distance of Goshen College, Greencroft, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a great deli. A 45 min drive to Notre Dame, 20 min to Middlebury, 25 to Nappanee, 25 min to Shipshewana. All local tourist places. A few min. from historic downtown Goshen with unique restaurants, breweries, and shops.

It has an independent heating and cooling system, and no shared interior spaces. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower.
