Die Waschküche verfügt über ein schönes Erkerfenster mit Blick auf den geräumigen Hinterhof. Die Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügen über ein eigenes, komplettes Badezimmer. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze in der Einfahrt für 2 oder 3 Fahrzeuge.
