A community boat ramp is conveniently located behind house and the main lake is only a 15 min boat ride away. Only a short drive to the beaches of Rough River State Park. Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. Enjoy a game of ping pong, pool or cozy up by the firepit!! Perfect for fishing!!

Enjoy this rustic, yet cozy, two-story barnhouse located near bourbon country. Perfect for a couple's getaway, it has open lofts with a comfy king-sized bed, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry room, wood burning stove & two bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower & one with a soaker tub. This listing's interior is ready, however the exterior is still a work in progress as we continue to create comfortable outdoor spaces. Must see all pictures to appreciate what this place offers.

House is located in a gated, private community with a 320 acre lake up to 70 ft deep. Only pontoon boats and fishing boats permitted, ensuring a quiet lake experience and wake-free dock sitting. The perfect place to get away... Come stay in our cabin nestled in the woods overlooking Nolin Lake. Minutes from Nolin River Dam, relax in this three bedroom, three and half bath log cabin. There is plenty of outdoor space, as well, with a wraparound porch and deck, gas grill, and a fire pit. This is a 5 acre wooded area at the end of the road, behind a private iron security-coded gate. Stay here, "away from it all" and yet close to Mammoth Cave, Blue Holler ATV park, and Nolin lake.
