Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Ολυμπίας και κοντά στον Αρχαιολογικό χώρο σε απόσταση βαδίσματος. Τρία κύρια υπνοδωμάτια με εσωτερικό μπάνιο το κάθε ένα , κοινόχρηστος χώρος με καναπέ κρεβάτι και μπάνιο ξεχωριστό. Μπαλκόνι , βεράντα και αυλή περιμετρικά του διαμερίσματος σε επαφή με τον κήπο. Άνετο παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά απο το διαμέρισμα. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη για παρασκευή γευμάτων.

Lea's Apartment

The house is an independent and autonomous residence in a huge garden. It consists of a bathroom and a living room with a double bed. The Barbecue area can be used as a cooking and dining kitchen, fully equipped with electric cooker, barbecue, and a traditional built oven. The house is in a quiet place and is only 800 meters away from the beach.There is a long sandy beach arround. The beach of Kouroutas and the center of Kouroutas is only 1 km away.

Η μονοκατοικία μας βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του χωριού, όπου θα βρείτε εστιατόρια, μαγαζιά και supermarket. Σε κοντινή απόσταση με το αυτοκίνητο, θα βρείτε όμορφες παραλίες, καθώς και τη λίμνη του Καϊάφα. Επιπλέον, πολυ κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο βρίσκονται οι αρχαιολογικοί χώροι της αρχαίας Ολυμπίας και του Επικούριου Απόλλωνα. Η μονοκατοικία μας προσφέρει όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζεστε για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

NIKOLAS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A TRADITIONAL AND HOSPITALOUS VILLAGE, ANCIENT PISSA. WITH A HUGE HISTORY AS THERE WAS THE KINGDOM OF OENOMAO. OUR ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF A HUGE DOUBLE BEDROOM WHERE THE BARRELS WERE PLACED. THIS CONTAINS A LARGE DOUBLE BED AND TWO SINGLE BEDS. A BRAND NEW AND MODERN BATHROOM, A LIVING ROOM WITH A CORNER SOFA AND A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH ITS DINING AREA.

Dieses attraktive und gemütliche Haus erwartet Sie mit seinem offenen Wohn- und Kochbereich sowie seinen zwei Schlafzimmern.
