Tavira Terrace Villa is located in Urbanização Quinta do Perogil, a quiet condo only 5 minutes away by car from Tavira's center. Tavira is probably one of the last authentic cities in Algarve: located on the eastern side, it kept most of its culture and heritage untouched. The amazing beaches, all located 15 to 30 minutes from the house, are detached from the mainland by a very long course of sea, starting in Fuzeta until Cacela Velha, which makes them less crowded and a delight to enjoy.

Based right in the heart of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa.  It embraces over 2 hectares on which was established the port city of Balsa under the Roman Empire in the first century BC. It is in this haven of peace full of history that you’ll enjoy a comfortable stay. A1 is a fully equipped villa (95 m²) which can accommodate 6 people and has a terrace with a view on the pool.

Within walking distance is a local food market, cafes, pharmacy and an ATM. Renting a car is highly recommended, we have a double carport, free parking on the property and the villa is fully fenced & closed off with a gate. The whole property, house and swimming pool are private (our pool is not heated)
