Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. Im grünen Norden der wunderschönen Insel, in erster Linie direkt an der Steilküste, 53 Meter über dem Meer, gelegen und mit einem unübertrefflichen Blick auf den Vulkan Teide und auf den Atlantik Richtung Westen... unglaubliche Sonnenuntergänge garantiert (Bitte keine Kinder unter 8 Jahren). Im unteren Teil des schönen Dorfes El Sauzal ist man gut angebunden an die Nordautobahn TF-5 und verfügt über viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglicheiten in einem Umkreis von weniger als 15 Auto-Minuten.
