Auf 1400 Metern Höhe und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, blumigen Garten und einem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Tal, den Canigou und den Massiven der Carança. Die Tierwelt ist allgegenwärtig und leicht zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Wander- oder Mountainbikewege führen direkt vom Haus aus. Unser Weiler genießt ein mediterranes Klima und liegt 40 Minuten von den Skipisten und eine Stunde vom Meer entfernt.

Apartamento reformado recientemente, situado en la planta 3a. del edificio y dispone de ascensor. Cuenta con una cama de matrimonio, baño completo y cocina abierta al salón-comedor, donde el gran sofá -cama hace de cama supletoria. La situación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos del Museo Dalí y del casco antiguo de Figueres. Dispone de todas las comodidades y con vistas al parque público. Cerca de todos los servicios. El parquin publico se encuentra a 20 metros del apartamento.

Casa súper acollidora completament reformada

Antigament era la perruqueria del poble, i en comptes de restaurar-la, vam optar per reformar-la sencera. A nosaltres ens agrada molt la fusteria, per això vam dedicar-nos a fer gairebé tots els mobles a mida i la decoració en general. Se situa al centre de l'Armentera, un poble amb molt encant i amb història. És a 5 minuts de la platja, ideal per passar uns dies de tranquilitat amb la família o amb amics, i amb un munt d'experiències per disfrutar de l'Alt Empordà.
