Simplifiez-vous la vie en restant dans ce beau 4 1/2, tranquille et bien situé . Vous serez à distance de marche 2 minutes du parc de l'école, à 5 minutes à pied du centre hospitalier, du centre Premier Tech et de la rue Lafontaine(Bars, restaurants, etc.). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.
