Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Only a 20-minute drive to Seattle. 15-minute drive to world-class Woodinville wineries. A 5-minute drive to downtown Kenmore with many unique restaurants and breweries.

The rental has everything you will need for up to 4 people to enjoy their trip to Edmonds, Washington. The local transit is one block away. Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Our studio apartment has a private entrance and a private Juliet balcony to enjoy stunning views of Puget Sound. Sleep in comfort on a Tempurpedic bed with adjustable head and foot lift. Additional sofa bed for extra guests. All necessities provided. Private indoor pool with views out to Puget Sound. Many attractions are within a 10 minute walk, including Mukilteo beach, the ferry terminal, the Sounder train to downtown Seattle or Mukilteo town.
