Relax with family and friends at this peaceful lake home. Located on an inlet one minute off the largest lake in South Carolina, Lake Marion is known for it's big fish and abundant wildlife. With your own private dock, you can boat/fish all day and leave your boat in the water for your entire stay. If you enjoy golfing, three of the states best golf courses are within minutes. This log home is centrally located between Columbia and Charleston. Restaurants, shopping, and beaches all close by.

The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Large Guesthouse with Private Dock & Marsh Views

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. Lazy Dog Acres Mini Suite

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !
