Our lovely one-bedroom Duplex is situated in the Old Town of Edinburgh, where the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle are close at hand. This is rare main door terraced house with a size of 50 m2. Worry free if you have heavy luggages to carry. It is right at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival theatres. 15min walk from Edinburgh Waverley station and 10 min walk to the Royal Mile. Surrounded by lots of local restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, and right in the heart of all Festivals as well!

Centrally located flat main door flat in the New Town World Heritage Site, located in a 225 year old historical listed building. The flat is in the centre of Edinburgh with an EH1 postcode, and 5 minutes from John Lewis and the St James Quarter. It’s the perfect location for exploring the city, close to the Playhouse, bus station and train station. Very good tram links to airport from York Place. It’s about 15 minutes to walk to the Old Town, the busier and older side of the city centre.

Comprising the entire garden level of a Grade A-listed Georgian townhouse, the flat is spacious and tastefully decorated with a large private outdoor garden and off-street parking. Close enough to walk to everything in town, but beautifully quiet. Travel crib and high chair on request.

Edinburgh City Centre/Meadows Flat

Completely refurbished (January - May 2019) and beautifully finished 1 bedroom flat within a couple of minutes of the Meadows, Old Town, Financial District and the University. Self-check in by key box, on to a quiet and tucked away tenement stair (1st floor, 19 steps, no elevator) flat, though we're happy to meet up and give you any tips or recommendations that you require. We are Airbnb hosts of almost 4 years and happy to share our experience.

With the additional benefit of being in a quiet neighbourhood only 2 mins walk to the large park "The Meadows", dog and children friendly.
