You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi). Located on the opposite side of the street from Edinburgh Castle, this first floor apartment has a lounge, double bedroom, twin bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms sleep up to a maximum of four persons and the windows of these rooms look over the city skyline, giving wide panoramic views to Arthur Seat and Salisbury Crags on the east side of the city as well as George Heriots and the Pentland Hills which lie to the south and west of the city.
