This property is located near Bear Creek Ski Resort, Macungie summer and fall events and close to Cycling Velodrome. There is a train crossing located about 250 ft. from the property that does run on a regular schedule through Macungie. It is within walking distance to Rita's, Turkey Hill Convenient Store as well as other places to eat.

My house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway, Lehigh valley airport is about 15 minutes away, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is about 5 minutes, Bear Creek is about 15 minutes away, Costco, Target, Starbucks, and whole foods are only 2 minutes away, near i78 with many restaurants to choose from, this is not the entire house, is the basement which has a private entrance with private bathroom, you don't share the place with anyone, is exclusively for guests.

If you like the outdoors, shopping, wineries distilleries, breweries or just plain relaxing in the country, this is the place for you.
