Sweet as Sugar, this Shared accommodation is located on Sugargum Drive, with Waurn Ponds station just 300m away and bus station only 100m. Perfectly located for the travelling professional working at Epworth Hospital or student attending Deakin’s Waurn Ponds Campus, both a six-minute drive away. The property itself hosts three private rooms, this particular listing is for bedrooms 2 or 3. Each guest will have use of the shared facilities, including main bathroom, a full kitchen and laundry.

Each private room is fitted with a double bed including linen, towels, soap, kettle, tea and coffee. Each room also has its own mini-fridge and some are equipped with a microwave and kitchenette. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towel (towel rental @ reception is $5). Share bathroom facilities are located externally to the room.
