Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Sie bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett sowie ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind offen gestaltet, und der freiliegende Ziegelsteinkamin verleiht dem Innenraum zusätzlichen Charme. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Toaster ausgestattet. Eine kombinierte Waschmaschine/Trockner ist im Eingangsbereich versteckt. WLAN und ein Basis-TV sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Für kleine Kinder können auf Anfrage bei der Buchung ein Hochstuhl und ein Kinderbett bereitgestellt werden. Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine großzügige Terrasse, auf der Sie die Morgensonne genießen können, bevor Sie in den Tag starten – oder jederzeit, wenn Sie draußen sitzen möchten. Nur Straßenparkplätze verfügbar. Unter der Woche (Montag bis Freitag, 8:00–18:00 Uhr) kostenlos für 2 Stunden. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten sowie am Wochenende unbegrenzt. Mit vorheriger Ankündigung kann ein Parkplatz auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz (eine Straße weiter) bereitgestellt werden. Rauchen/Vaping verboten, keine Haustiere, keine Partys oder Veranstaltungen.

The bathroom is very small with a tiny shower, but everything is new and again well stocked with provisions. Just down the street from shops, cafés, the ferry to Downtown Halifax/Waterfront, and parks. A pleasant view for being a downtown apartment.
