In the perfect part of untouched nature, inspired by the spirit of old generations, we renovated a family house which is over 200 years old. On our property there is a waterfall, which has become the main attraction of our city. If you want to spend your vacation away from the city crowds, in contact with the beautiful nature, this could be the right place for you.

New renovated house located in Podvršje, 18 km away from Zadar City. The house is 2 km away from beautiful sandy beach in Ljubač. There are three apartments in the house, two for 6 persons and one for 3 persons. Apartment JORDAN 2 ( 2+1) has one bedroom with double bed and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen, and terrace. In front of the house is a newly-built swimming pool.
