Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Unser Grundstück liegt am Kaita – ein etwa 8 km langer und wenige Hundert Meter breiter See – und blickt von einer kleinen Halbinsel in Richtung Süden. Das heißt: Sonne von morgens bis abends (wenn sie denn scheint). Es gibt ein Blockhaus, direkt am Ufer mit Sauna, Bad, Wohnzimmer, offener Küche und zwei kleinen Schlafzimmern. Und wenige Meter daneben ein atelierartiges Gästehaus, was ebenfalls sehr gemütlich ist, aber kein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Das Dorf Savonranta ist 5 km entfernt.
