Delightfuly decorated apartment is located in the center of the UNESCO-protected Old Town of Dubrovnik, just 100 meters from the main street Stradun. The apartment has its own entrance. The street is quiet, without restaurants. The main sights, such as the walls of Dubrovnik, the Church of St. Blaise and Onofrio's Fountain are only a few steps away & famous Banje Beach is only 500 meters away. Also, everything you need for perfect holiday is near: restaurants, bars, supermarket, green market.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Här hittar ni en privat brygga, mindre strand för bad och goda möjligheter till matlagning utomhus. Roddbåt/eka finns att nyttja och en privat parkering finns precis intill huset. Rinnande vatten finns ej. Vi fyller upp vatten innan incheckning och det kan hämtas smidigt vid närliggande vattenkälla. Toaletten är utrustad med ny förbränningstoalett.
