This off grid, alternative powered site is located towards the front of a large twelve acre estate, alongside a flowing brook. Elevated over a natural spring that flows year round, the Japanese inspired aesthetics of this private, tiny cabin sits perched atop a deck among the wooded trees overlooking the waterway the mineral spring feeds, but not before filling the in-ground, cedar lined, two person, bubbling hot tub heated with a wood burning stove. It is conveniently located within close proximity to numerous options for dining and activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, & antiquing at local shops and flea markets. Thyme Cottage is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or anyone looking for tranquility.

Come enjoy our off-grid, eco-focused geo-dome! 21 minutes away from historic Cooperstown and Oneonta, this dome offers privacy, unblemished mountain views, a real bed with fresh linens, WiFi, a hot outdoor shower, solar-powered electricity for phone and computer charging, mini fridge, a wood-fired indoor stove, and REAL indoor toilet.
