Leith Hill Tiny House is a home away from home for anyone looking to relax & unwind, surrounded by gorgeous scenery & mountain views. Relax with a good book on the day bed or a coffee or a wine on the front deck; and then finish off the evening getting toasty by the outdoor fire watching the sun set over the mountains. You can pat our friendly cows, see the new lambs, get a visit from our resident kookaburras, king parrots, rosellas & cockies during your stay- or even a wombat on some nights!

Yarra Sounds relaxing getaway

Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Warburton Bingarra Lodge: stunning views and deck!

Bingarra Lodge is a cosy and leafy sanctuary located a short walk or ride to Warburton's main street with ample indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. You will feel removed from busy life while remaining close to walking and cycling trails and all the amenities you may need. You'll have full access to the space and property, and I can be reached for any assistance. The property is cleaned top to bottom before every check-in and stocked with fresh linens and towels.

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

Art House Warburton

Creative, Clean and Spacious, a private one bedroom, ground floor studio apartment. Part of an Artist home, a Peaceful place of Inspiration, a place to relax, enjoy and spend some time. Surrounded by the majestic mountains of the beautiful Yarra Valley, nature walks and waterfalls. Close by is the picturesque River, next to a small village community with local crafts, shops and cafes. Many seasonal activities including walking, swimming, cycling, kayaking and snow play.

This property is a mere 3 minutes up the hill from Warburton village but feels much more tucked away. There are two buildings here which were thoughtfully built to face in opposite directions for maximum privacy. Lots to see on the grounds including the creek and lush gardens. If you want to venture further on foot or by mountain bike you will find you are very near the 30 km long O'Shannassy Aqueduct trail and the Warburton trail which goes as far as Lilydale.

Our house is newly constructed and is situated on 2 acres of slopping land. It boasts sweeping views of the Yarra Ranges from every room. Warburton's walking and bike trails, cafes, restaurants and shops are all within a 10 minute walk. The space is ideal for families or to just unwind for the weekend. Rafting, hiking, biking, a tour of the Yarra Valley wineries or drive to Mt. Donna Buang and the redwoods are just a few things you can do all year round.

A private self-contained standalone cottages situated on 7 acres surrounded by nature with a view to inspire. The Cottage has the following facilities: Queen size bed, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Stereo, Deck with BBQ so you can sit back and take in the ambiance. The cottage also has a wood fire for romantic and warm evenings in. Breakfast ingredients included. * Please note we do have another cottage with a spa bath that you can book separately.
