Perfect for reactive dogs. Up to two large or three medium dogs welcome (even on the bed - we provide throws). A perfect getaway under the stars. Wonderful wood-fired hot tub available (for a fee). Fen Lodge Shepherd's Huts is close to the Suffolk heritage coast with Southwold, Walberswick and Aldeburgh a short drive away. There are heath and woodland walks, RSPB Minsmere and a great village pub a short walk from the hut. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the wood burning stove, the dark night sky and the views across the meadow. Fen Lodge is suitable for families, couples and solo adventurers. (Self-catering breakfast baskets £22 for veggie/£25 for meaty).

Located on a former farm dating back to the 1400's, we love living here so much that we wanted to share our tranquil corner of England with others! Under 2 hours from London and an hour from Cambridge, we are 3.5 miles from the historic town of Eye, which has grocery stores, butcher's and a fantastic deli. Rural, yet under a mile away from two of the best food pubs in Mid-Suffolk, you will be staying in the heart of the East Anglian countryside surrounded by fields, woodland and wildlife.

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
