Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

Betty's Chalet offers single storey pet friendly accommodation for the whole family with direct sea views and access to the beach just two minutes away. The chalet is situated on a very peaceful well kept private park. The space provides separate king, bunk and single bedrooms, kitchenette (c/w oven, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher), shower room and a spacious living dining space

Charming boathouse, Norfolk Broads

The Boat House is a wonderfully unique space which sleeps 2 in one bedroom/sitting room overlooking the Broad. Fully centrally heated, it has a kitchenette, wet room and a summer house. A pub and cafe are a short walk away. Hot tub rental (£85 per stay) available. We also have storage for bikes and there is a launching area for canoes and paddleboards a 5 minute walk away at the moorings.
