This house is set in a quiet culdesac within commuting distance of Glasgow city and also the Shopping areas of East Kilbride and Newton Mearns. Downstairs comprises of an open plan kitchen and living room, with sofa and electric fire as well as gas central heating. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and bath. The rear garden is enclosed and the front is open.

Perfect for enjoying a visit and the entertainment and concerts in Glasgow and Hampden Park. The city is twenty minutes drive. The house has a good sized garden great for summer al fresco dining. This unique place has a style all its own. Situated 5 minutes from Hampden Stadium and just 7 minutes on the train to Glasgow Central station, our lower cottage flat is an excellent place to explore Glasgow and beyond. 2 double bedrooms, enclosed garden with patio, hot-tub (inflatable, by arrangement) garden furniture and BBQ. We are adjacent to a large park and we are pet friendly. Excellent motorway links too. 10 mins drive to M74. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower.

Comfortable Home-from-Home/6miles from city

Situated in Giffnock, a lovely suburb in Glasgow’s Southside with great transport links into the city. The house is bright and airy with lots to offer families, as well as groups of friends. The space can be used in a flexible way; the main double bedroom has plenty of room to add a travel cot (I can provide this), bedroom2 can be set up as a single, twin or king, and the lounge has a double sofa bed. There’s also a large south-facing garden.

Sunnybank is within easy access to Glasgow Centre being only 7 miles south. Carmunnock is the only remaining village within Glasgow City. This one bedroom end terrace unique and comfortable cottage is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The accommodation comprises living area with wood burner and fully equipped kitchen.
