We have had issues in the past where people wanted to host receptions or just throw a party, and it got out of hand. You will be spoiled with everything that is within a 7 to 10 minute walk from your door step which includes a huge range of trendy bars and cafes, lovely delis, cheese and wine specialist and also a great selection of international cuisines. For entertainment I recommend taking a $7 to $12 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to the coveted Broadway street and downtown. If you want to experience Nashville's nightlife take a $6 to $9 (depending upon the time of the day and size of the car) Uber ride to Gulch where you have great restaurants, bars and clubs. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
