The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Free parking, 1 good dog welcome, House rules apply

There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

A fabulous rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane fab hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cosy Cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen & TV lounge. Guest parking with private garden and bike storage.

Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Musbury is found in East Devon and a designated ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty'. The barn is located at the foot of Musbury Castle and on the East Devon Way. The barn is a 16th Century former dairy, 3 miles from Seaton and Axminister 7 miles from Lyme Regis. The barn has 2 bedrooms one shower room and a lounge/kitchen. Big comfy sofas and 1/3 acre of garden shared with the owner and his cocker spaniel Bailey. Additional single chair bed available for additional guest
