This is a newly refurnished, spacious and sunny apt with 2 bedrooms, one family bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen in the heart of Lyme Regis. Its located on the first floor above a clothing shop (there isnt a lift). It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with one king size bed and two small doubles. With free wifi, new smart tv, dishwasher, microwave, 2hairdryers and all linen, also beach towels. There is no parking but there are 4 car parks close by including one opposite

You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Fantastic apartment close to shops and beach - perfect for couples. Parking is very convenient with the Orchard Car Park a two minute walk from the flat. The apartment is light and airy with private gardens at the front and rear. Nestled within the arts quarter, shops and cafes are close to hand whilst the beach is just a short walk through the public gardens. A private courtyard provides useful storage for bikes and beach things.
