The Loft is a stylish space, an open plan living area welcomes you with underfloor heating, comfy seating. In the kitchen, a breakfast bar, electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. A dining area and wet room located on the ground floor with shower, basin and WC. A spiral staircase takes you to the mezzanine floor, super king size bed, the finest linens and atmospheric beams. The burn flows outside, the ultimate cosy and romantic couples retreat in the Scottish countryside.

Timber Valley Pods

Timber Valley Pods with private hot tubs offer a peaceful countryside escape with stunning views – you can even spot the Isle of Arran on clear days. Our fully insulated and heated glamping pods are perfect year-round. Each pod sleeps two, featuring a comfy double bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, and complimentary tea and coffee. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

Set in a semi-rural location, it is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a lovely private, secluded and sheltered covered decking area with wood burning stove, allowing you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is less than a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
