You will feel at home the moment you walk in, kicking off your shoes and head down to your own private dock or relaxing with a good book on the deck. We have a Canoe and Paddleboard to use at your own risk. *We love children but have some areas that can be unsafe for young children or people with mobility issues. This space offers a family friendly space, with access to many trails and outdoor adventures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Walking distance to Hotel Lake with floating docks and easy entry points for kayaking. A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.

A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years.
