Villa #3 ist eine geräumige Strandvilla mit vier Schlafzimmern und vier Bädern, die sich perfekt für Familien, Surfer und alle eignet, die einen entspannten Inselurlaub suchen. Die Villa #3 ist eine von drei Villen des Komplexes und verfügt über einen gemeinsamen Gemeinschaftspool und einen Loungebereich im Freien. Es befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Villen 1 und 2 und in seiner Nähe befindet sich der große Gemeinschaftspool. Im Inneren sind die hellen und luftigen Wohnräume für Ruhe und Entspannung konzipiert. Die offenen Wohn- und Essbereiche führen auf eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und die natürliche Umgebung — ideal für den Morgenkaffee oder den Sonnenuntergang am Abend. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich auf der oberen Ebene und verfügt über einen privaten Balkon. Ebenfalls auf der oberen Ebene befinden sich zwei weitere geräumige Schlafzimmer mit viel Stauraum. Das vierte Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene und bietet einen Blick auf den üppigen Garten und die Natur. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und eine Klimaanlage für Privatsphäre und Komfort. Die voll ausgestattete Küche umfasst alle wichtigen Geräte. Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. A 10 minute walk takes you to a small local supermarket. It's only six minutes from the house to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for morning walks. The water’s warm, the waves impressive and the trade winds will keep you cool. Swim here only if you are confident in the surf.
