Parson’s Bay Cottage

A few minutes walk to beautiful White Beach, this relaxing, quaint cottage is the ideal getaway on the Tasman Peninsula. A short drive to the Port Arthur Historic Site and the start of the spectacular Three Capes Walk and many other attractions the Peninsula has to offer. Close to the township of Nubeena and services and only 1 and 1/2 hours drive from Tasmania’s capital, Hobart.

So much to do: scenic hikes, swimming, surfing and snorkelling, beach walking, visiting nearby wineries, watching whales, dolphins, seals & albatross. You wont want to leave.

Weekend with Arthur is a 15 minute walk from the Port Arthur Historic site, with views of Point Puer from the spacious covered deck. Walk 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you’ll experience the spectacular views of the Remarkable Caves. Whether it’s partaking in the many beautiful walks in the area, or sightseeing at the historic site or Pennicotts journeys, or you’re looking for a place to relax, Weekend with Arthur is the perfect shack to enjoy all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

Ocean View is a modern well equipped house situated on 4 acres of rain forest, minutes walk from the beautiful surf beach at Eaglehawk Neck and the Tessellated Pavement. Stunning ocean and bush views, and a comfortable and peaceful environment ensure a relaxing stay. Tasman Council rules mean that we can accommodate a strict maximum of 4 guests at any one time. Infants are free but count as a guest. Please don’t book for four guests and then message requesting to have additional guests stay.

EHN is the gateway to the Tasman Peninsula, Port Arthur, The Tessalated pavement, Devils Kitchen and the Three Capes Walk to name just a few. Fishing, surfing, bush walking or just relaxing are some of the pastimes you can enjoy right on your door step. Private beach access Wee Doo is newly renovated and fully self contained.

Pirates Bay Retreat A modern 2 bedroom house, located on a private road, with sweeping views of Pirates Bay surf beach all the way out to Hippolyte Rock. Our property is situated above the Lufra Hotel, Restaurant and Bar, and is a mere 5 minute walk to both Pirates Bay Beach and Tessellated Pavement. The popular tourist attractions of The Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen are an 8 minute drive away. The Port Arthur Historic Site is a 20 minute drive south.

Winkle Shack - waterfront, wood fire, outdoor bath

In Tasmania, a shack can be anything from a corrugated iron lean-to, to an architect designed home. Our place falls somewhere in between, but we reckon it’s one of the best shacks in Tassie. In a sheltered, waterfront spot, it’s a classic little vertical board place built by a family in the 1960s as a get away from Hobart that we've kept improving over the years. This is our family get away, the place that our kids have grown up and memories built.
