Sweet studio apartment with its own entrance and self check-in, just 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles and 5 minutes from the wonderful shops and dining on York Blvd. in Highland Park. Enjoy the hilltop view of the city lights and walk to local spots including a donut shop and a safe, friendly park with playground. Soak in the sunset on lounge chairs overlooking the city. This studio is below the hosts' living area; it's very private, but when we're home you can hear the kids and dog above.

The kitchen has a fridge, microwave (no stove), toaster-oven and Nespresso. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores! Lots of street parking right in front of our home... no permits required! We also have guest-suite with a private bedroom - "Eagle Rock Guest Room with a View" listed on Airbnb.
