Welcome to Wagtail Air BNB! Our little Wagtail Nest offers a private, relaxing and romantic experience. We are located fifteen minutes from the ninety-mile beach (Seaspray) and ten minutes from the township of Sale where there are pubs, restaurants and ample shopping. Upmarket accommodation for the more discerning! King bed in lovely surrounds with luxury ensuite and private lounge room TV & heating. Guests enjoy the adjoining private dining room & open fire. Firewood is unavailable but can be purchased from any service station. Kitchen is in the rear section but not available for guests use unless requested. A 2 min walk to Lake Guthridge & Botanical Gardens. The hospital only a 5 min walk and 600 metres will get you to the CBD. Come enjoy the ambiance!

The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars. As evidenced by the feature photo, the house offers sweeping views of Lake King and the Boole Poole Peninsula. This panoramic view now includes the Metung Hot Springs resort, our new neighbours, positioned some 20 metres from our water view deck. “Dee’s Cottage” Fully renovated country cottage

“Dee” is an original fisherman’s cottage from Paynesville which has been fully renovated and modernised into a self contained studio style space, while retaining some of the original charm. The cottage is located on a small acerage property on the doorstep of the Gippsland Lakes and a short drive to the mountains. “Dee” is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway.
