The Colonel Vanderburgh Suite is a private, cozy, efficient room with private bathroom that is separate from the rest of the main house. Guests do not have access to the main house. There is NO kitchen. You can come and go thru your private entrance and enjoy all the amenities that the room has to offer. A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with own entrance. The early American farmhouse is highlighted by a darling kitchenette, hot steam shower and original MCM furniture. We live on the other side of the eyebrow colonial, originally built in 1800. This space is not appropriate for young children or babies unless you are certain they can be quiet during quiet-time hours between 9:30pm and 8am. This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.
