412 is next to the 4th floor elevator lobby, mid bldg, no long hallway walk. Well renovated kitchen and bath. The prior owner had impeccable taste and furnished accordingly. I'm Bob Vaeth, owner. I live in 406 down the hall. Call or text me anytime. I consider you a guest in my own home. As you are. 2 E-bikes and 2 mountain bikes are inside. I stock 50 foods. Decor is mostly Southwest, some special pieces. Kayla is co-host if I'm gone, rarely. Tamarron is a special place. I love it here.
