Come stay on the farm! 40 acre working hay farm with 2 ponds, starry nights, and beautiful views. Family friendly, 12 miles (~20minutes) south of downtown Durango and 15 minutes south of Walmart. This is located on our property right across the driveway from our house. *PLEASE, NO LOUD PARTIES, NO SMOKING(INSIDE OR OUTSIDE) NO DRUGS, NO DRIVING ON YARD/GRASS* *Parents: please be mindful of your kiddos as we do have ponds, large farm equipment, DOGS (please just ignore them), CATS, and horses*

The 4 Corners Tiny House

Welcome to the Four Corners Tiny House—a handcrafted basecamp just outside Cortez with big sky views. Inside is simple and functional. The kitchen has a sink, microwave, hot plate, and essentials. A loft bed with a new mattress and a futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom has a full-size shower with on-demand hot water. Water pressure may be lighter at first but evens out and works ok. Step outside to your private deck, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs,perfect for coffee, fires, and views.

Creek-view studio overlooking Hermosa Creek

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Strawbale Cottage

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

Mesa Verde Farm & Studio Straw Bale Artists Cabin

A unique fusion of art and architecture. A very comfortable one of a kind Straw Bale & earth plaster cabin, with custom hand made leaded glass, lighting and furniture. Enjoy a campfire and tranquil flowing water sound from the Moonlight Acequia. Nestled between the Utah desert and the Colorado high country, it stands alone as the place to chill out and relax during your travels. With access to our organic gardens, green houses and onsite Anasazi ruins. Set on 135 acres. 220v EV charger.

Stylish cottage in a beautiful canyon on the river

We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, sexual orientations, and countries of origin. Over a bridge and steps from the Embudo River, this stylish, well-equipped cottage is nestled under cottonwood trees in a private canyon facing a stunning rock face. Relax on the deck overlooking the water, and during late spring and early summer, listen to the river as you fall asleep. The quaint village of Dixon (an artist and vineyard, orchard, organic farm community) is just a mile away.

Stump Henge (Bed & Breakfast in a wagon)

Spend a peaceful night in a sheepherder's wagon next to a stream. Our 10-acre farm is conveniently located 9 miles from the Mesa Verde National Park entrance and midway between two famous mountain biking destinations. This charming getaway features a comfy double bed, pull-out table, some kitchen supplies plus an array of teas and coffee, an outdoor fire pit, easy parking, and a dedicated full guest bath in the main house nearby. Wake up to our simple yet substantial homemade breakfast.

Tocayo Farm Cottage Durango

Tocayo farm, 10 miles from Durango, sits in the Florida River Valley. The main house and cottage are located in the middle of our 28 acres which is bordered to the east by the Florida River. The cottage, which has been completely renovated, was once the blacksmithing shop for the homesteaders who settled here over a 100 years ago. Tocayo is a working farm with both a sheep operation and a commercial garden. Private patio with grill, plenty of parking, wildlife and great views.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

Crooked Sky Ranch is a working sheep ranch affording guests a private en-suite experience with separate private entrance, Stearns & Foster King Size bed (cot available), and uninterrupted 360 degree vistas of the La Platas, Mesa Verde and Sleeping Ute Mountain. 10 minutes into town but at the end of a road next to thousands of acres for the ultimate in privacy. Close to Wineries, Biking, Skiing, Hiking, Trains and more. The activities are endless and relaxation is also available.

Charming, unique and private studio with king size bed, queen size futon, kitchenette, bathroom and dining area on a beautiful private, horse ranch JUST MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN DURANGO, DURANGO HOT SPRINGS AND PURGATORY SKI RESORT. Warm inviting atmosphere and natural setting with beautiful views, ponds and Cooncreek running through. Possible over night horse boarding for an added fee. We are open to having children. Please! No pets!! Service animals must not be left unattended!!!
