The Studio: Old Dunsborough.

The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Terrace Studio, a short stroll to town and beach.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

This luxury studio boasts unique ocean views from the private roof terrace. The property is located a short walk to the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower after your morning swim in the courtyard bathed in morning sun. Rammed limestone compliments the coastal interiors of this bright space. Enjoy the WA sunsets on the roof terrace, with a drink in hand. The studio is connected to a main house but with complete private access and spaces to enjoy. Designated off-street parking.

Enjoy a relaxing break in Dunsborough in this gorgeous, one bedroom self-contained studio. With it's own separate entry and outdoor area the studio is a private space from the main dwelling. It is a 5 minute walk to the pristine Old Dunsborough Beach. A 10 minute walk will get you to the centre of Dunsborough town to access the wide array of cafe's, restaurants and boutiques. If mountain biking is your thing - you are just a 5minute ride to the exciting Meelup Hills mountain bike tracks.
