Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Grandads House - 200 Year Old Cottage

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.
