Private off street parking for one vehicle. Convenient walking distance to Downtown Westcliffe. A mini kitchen with a convection hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator should you choose to cook in. Level one and level 2 EV charging is available...please bring your own cord.

This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

The cozy house is located on our family ranch where you are within walking distance of fishing on the Rio Grande River or can enjoy seeing lots of different animals such as farm animals and wildlife. You can put your feet up as you sit on the porch and listen to the Ro Grande flow and immerse yourself in all that the ranch has to offer. Relax and enjoy your stay.
