The Sea Cubby is a unique wee holiday lodge overlooking the Solway Firth. It is perched just above the waves with the most beautiful views across Portling Bay to the white sands of Merse Head nature reserve. The Lodge is not in a holiday park it stands alone with it's own private driveway, parking and garden. It’s so quiet, a retreat to escape and relax, by sitting watching and listening to the waves. The Lodge has a large glass roofed deck. Well behaved dogs are considered, please ask first.

Nook ( Carsluith holiday lodges) is a beautiful off- grid spacious lodge with a wood fired hot tub and stunning views across the Cree estuary. It is completely off grid so no tv or sockets only usb charging points in the bedroom. The lodge is pet friendly (max 2 medium dogs) for free sits in its own grassed fenced area on our 12 acre smallholding . We are situated close to the Galloway forest which is the famous for its starry dark skies and also has great mountain biking and walking close by.

Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Glamp in a garden, rural SW Scotland

Deluxe glamping pod in private garden in rural South West Scotland. No noisy campsite interference. Children welcome but need supervision in garden as we have a pond and stream. Double bed, small Sofabed, bedding/towels, shower, toilet, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, table, stools. TV, Wi-fi. Patio table/chairs, BBQ/firepit. Washing machine. Shore Escape is a self-catering, coastal, family-run, handcrafted retreat with sea views and a stones throw from the shore line of Carsluith Bay. It is situated on the edge of the UK's first Dark Sky Park and situated on the South Coast 300 route. Cozy Cabin in peaceful Kirkcudbright!

Come & relax in the cozy cabin in a peaceful location with friendly highland cow neighbours. A self contained space with kitchenette & shower-room. The kitchenette includes a sink, fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave. Please note, there's no oven/hob. There's plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There's broadband & Freesat TV. You'll find a hanging rail & chest of drawers for storage. The cabin is in a separate area of the property with its own private garden/patio. Parking is available.

Signal Box

The Signal Box is a cosy retreat to switch off in nature. On the edge of Galloway Forest Park and within the UNESCO Biosphere, it’s surrounded by wildlife. Culzean Castle and Country Park is a 40-min drive. Nearby, wild swimming is available at Girvan Beach, Galloway Forest Park, and the Water of Minnoch in Glen Trool. Galloway Forest highlights include scenic trails, Bruce’s Stone, and the Red Deer Range. On the edge of the Dark Sky Park, it’s perfect for stargazing.

Charming chalet in peaceful rural location.

Our chalet is in our large, well managed garden. While it is near our house and we are happy to chat, we always respect peoples privacy. This is a very peaceful place where you can sit outside and watch the flames of the fire pit at night or stay in and have a cosy evening. Our neighbours are all of the four legged variety so some countryside noises are to be expected but the cows love to come and greet you at the wall. Parking space in garden

Kyle Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.
