The cabin is surrounded by nature and farmland, it offers stunning views of the Poás Volcano and the Central Valley. It features a number of amenities, including a Finnish sauna, hanging bed,fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, kids house, and fireplace. The cabin's name is inspired by Cordyline fruticosa, a tropical plant with black leaves.

This is a huge property that has a cabin, river, forest, and a multipurpose space. There are banana, pitanga, grapefruit, jaboticaba, and lime trees. Around the property there are some stone tables where you can have a picnic surrounded by nature and underneath the shade provided by the trees, or just sit down to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Close to the cabin lives the gardener who’s always willing to help. I am also one call away and can get there at anytime!
