Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Stable Lodge is a beautiful stone conversion from a victorian stable to a holiday lodge, open plan to the eaves, which sits alongside the owners home in The Gables. 2 acres of grounds to wander around, or sit on garden furniture, surrounded by lovely walks and undulating countryside. Spectacular open view from the garden of The Cheviot Hills. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil with a wood burner to keep you cosy during cooler evenings or fresh autumnal/winter days. Near the neolithic Duddo Stones.

You'll also have the chance to enjoy farm-fresh ice cream during the summer months.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Cottage with super king bed and glorious views

Linnet Cottage is a pet friendly cottage situated on a small organic arable farm 10 minutes from Berwick-upon-Tweed. Linnet has great views out to open countryside. The garden is safe for pets and fully fenced. The cottage is a 15 minute drive to Cheswick Sands, one of the most stunning beaches in Northumberland. The cottage is the perfect base for exploring Alnwick, venturing to the Edinburgh Festival or visiting Holy Island. Our local pub is a 10 minute drive in Norham.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Bagie Shed

Beautiful Grade 2 property with garden and spectacular views towards Holy Island. Lots of period features and only a short distance to the coast. Part of a conversion on a Victorian farm steading, retaining superb stonework and craftmanship. Berwick upon Tweed offers restaurants, pubs and a theatre. Alnwick and Bamburgh Castles,coastal and hill walks, cycle routes, sea angling, fishing and golf are in easy reach.
