Private en-suite guest room with its own entrance. The en-suite is attached to our home, offering a self-contained space for your comfort and privacy while we live in the main house. Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

Perfectly located in Stoneybatter

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place located 2.5 km from the centre of Naas town and 2km to the train station where trains frequently run to Dublin city centre (15-30 minutes depending on the service used) Convenient to the N7 with the Red Cow Roundabout 15 minutes drive away and Dublin Airport approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy a trip to the prestige Kildare village which is also approximately a 20 min drive from the property. Property is cleaned every 3 days for longer stays.

The kayaking centre just 2 mins walk away offers organised sea kayaking trips where you can explore coastline and meet the famous Dalkey seals. Beautiful cottage all to yourself in Howth right beside the scenic cliff path. Ideal for couples/small families. Your own place in a lovely part of Howth. Enjoy amazing walks, delicious seafood or grab a pint and listen to some great music in one of the wonderful pubs. Plenty of room in our charming, very comfortable 1 bedroom cottage down a private lane. Living room and private bathroom with fabulous shower. NO KITCHEN but tea/coffee making facility, microwave and a small fridge.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.
