The closest market is 10 minutes away by car. This village is right in between two towns, Hvar and Stari grad each 5 km away

Beachfront house is located in the first row to the sea, only 20 meters from the beach. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the first floor with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one single bedroom) and an additional bathroom. In front of the house, guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace with a panoramic sea view, outdoor barbecue, and seating area – perfect for relaxing evenings by the sea.

The house is ideally located between the old city center with UNESCO protected Diocletian's palace and the most famous beach in the city - Bačvice beach, so you can reach each of these attractions in 5 minutes by foot. Train and bus station, as well as the ferry port, are reachable in less than 10 minutes by foot. You won't need to use a car while staying with us.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Those who want to spend their vacation in the quiet place next to the sea should come to us – to our little village of Bobovišća na Moru on the southwest side of the island.

You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
