Ovaj moderni smještaj savršen je odabir za obitelj kao i za one koji putuju u grupama, a smješten je u Kostreni, između Opatije i Crikvenice, u neposrednoj blizini grada Rijeke. U blizini se nalazi duga šetnica koja se proteže na 3 km uz more te ima više vrsta plaža kao šta su velike šljunčane, male intimne u uvalama, betonske i posebne plaže za pse. This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.
