Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. Whether you're looking for a hometown staycation or taking a trip to Dripping Springs for a weekend away, The Cabins at Mercer Dancehall will put you in the heart of the hill country. You are only 3.5 miles outside of downtown Dripping Springs, surrounded by handfuls of breweries, wineries, and wedding venues. Only a short 8-mile drive will take you to Wimberley. Mercer Dancehall, which sits on the same property is closed as it was sold. There is also No Wi-Fi in the cabins.

The house has top-of-the-line fixtures and finishes, a mix of new and curated furniture and decor, and beautiful custom art.

Welcome to Drippin West... Our spin on two of our favorite places in Texas - Dripping Springs and West Texas! Our cabin sits on the front acre of a 10 acre Hobby farm. We have goats, chickens, horse, and a few cows. While we keep the critters separate from the cabin they may come and visit the fence line. Feel free to give them an ear scratch! (but please do not open the gate) - NO PETS please, including emotional support animals.
